Service can be spotty. Barista's hustle, but cashiers can be slower. Fairly steady flow. Might get a bit of an attitude if you oder items on separate transactions, sorry peeps I have to hand in reimbursement receipts. It takes 5 extra seconds and doesn't hold up your line. Also quit the tude when I refill my card in the shop, you're still getting my money right? Decor is nice and decent retail selection. Shop is a bit on the small side so space to sit and work is limited.

I'll be completely honest. I'm not a Starbucks fan or even a coffee drinker so my perspective may be slightly skewed towards the unfavorable but I will say that even if I was a huge coffee drinker and fan of Starbucks, this particular location seemed especially sad to me. And here's why. Take out what you'd normally get at a Starbucks: coffee and your name spelled wrong on the coffee cup by the hipster working behind the register, and what you're left with is the atmosphere and just how the store feels when you're there. Every time I go to this store to pick something up for my friends, it felt dead. I mean there were people there but it just didn't feel alive. The soft music playing in the background was more depressing than not, the tables and chairs weren't inviting and felt unwanted, even though it wasn't sunny outside, they'd have their curtains drawn halfway which made it even darker inside than it should be. Also every time I go there and there're people sitting at the tables, they'd be speaking softly to each other in a somber mood. I don't know. I just don't like the vibe at this particular spot. I used to work at Starbucks way back in my college days and it was an exciting spot with streams of people, loud music, bright lights, etc. It was inviting and upbeat. This place, I feel like every time I go here I'm intruding in on some funeral. Alas, this is the closest Starbucks from my home and my friends leech off of me so because I'm so nice (maybe not in this review) I'll probably keep coming here for their drinks. My all time favorite Starbucks! I used to come to this location almost every Sunday morning before I moved. My tall VNL and morning bun were always consistently good. There's plenty of parking and it's always clean and cozy inside.

I like this Starbucks because its right in the middle of Landsdale town. The staff are friendly, and the only criticism i have is that the seating is a little tight and outkets are hard to find. Great location and friendly baristas! Perfect reason to stop in for coffee and read. I'm always happy with my cup of joe here! The pastries are usually limited, not sure if it's because people have a major sweet tooth in the area or they are under stocked. Seating is a bit sparse but they have a few tables outside for a sunny day.

Not all Starbucks are created equal, so I learned today. My dog was with me (in a carrier), and recently had surgery, and literally all the people working there wanted to know how he was feeling and were wishing him to have a quick recovery. And get this, they gave me a chocolate chunk cookie! It was so good too, because they had just warmed it up. Hah, how cool is that?! (interrobang, where are you when I need you, bro?) Granted, I wasn't the one who had surgery, but it certainly made me feel better about my dog having it! The drink I ordered (iced vanilla latte) was as good as can be expected, but when I come back here it'll be for the service, for sure. :)
